We want you to experience the best sleep of your life; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all our sleep-enhancing eyewear and accessories.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, including the protective case and microfiber cloth, to ensure they remain scratch-free during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
